[Bug] Code-review feature generating false positive distillation warnings

Bug Description
I encountered another 'false positive' error while invoking a code-review. Sending this for remeditation. I do understand the need to try to block distillation, but this is severly impacting legitimate usage of an incredibly useful code-review feature.
