[FEATURE] `SendMessage` - (some) special characters support

Problem Statement

Whem I run claude in different docker containers, vms or computers I like to encode it in name e.g. foo:bar@host/vm[extras]/container claude complains that SendMessage does not work with special characters beyond dashes...

Proposed Solution

Add support for [:@/[]] in SendMessage would be great, even adding support for :@ character wouod alredy help a lot visually for users beyond just dashes.

With machines you can make arbitrary encoding event with just two characters.... however for human users special characters help to separate different bits of information in agent names and easily visually navigate or identify...
