Bug Description
Safety classifier repeatedly blocks writing ordinary admin UI for my own NVR extension. While building an admin tab (users / log / security / stream-settings screens) for my own open-source Dahua NVR Chrome extension, the file write for admin-ui.js was stopped with "stopped by a safety classifier". A helper subagent was blocked the same way earlier. The library with the actual NVR calls (lib/admin.js) was written fine; only the UI (tables, forms, confirm dialogs calling existing functions) was blocked. I'm administering my own device on my own network. Expected: this UI code should not be blocked. Branch: admin-panel, commit e26450c. Date: 2026-09-29.
