[Bug] Child agents continue running after parent agent termination, causing excessive token consumption

Bug Description
What caused it: before being stopped, a subagent had spawned 5 child agents. Each one copied its parent's full context of about 250k tokens. Stopping the parent didn't stop them, and Claude didn't check. They kept running for a couple of minutes, when ListAgents showed them and Claude stopped them. Together with a long session, they used most of the context window in minutes.
