[BUG] Enqueued message doesn't show correctly after being sent

What's Wrong?

In the vscode extension, when enqueuing a message while Claude is working with an IDE selection, after the prompt is sent, the IDE selection is duplicated visually and the prompt is gone.

What Should Happen?

The written prompt should not disappear, the IDE selection context should not appear duplicated.
