[FEATURE] Setting to disable the "switch to auto mode" option/nudge on permission prompts

Every permission prompt (Bash, Edit, etc.) offers a third choice — "Yes, and switch to auto mode" — alongside Yes/No, plus a "Tip: auto mode handles these prompts for you" line above it.

There's currently no way to remove just this option/nudge without disabling auto mode entirely. Please add a config option (e.g. in settings.json) that suppresses the extra menu option and tip, independent of whether auto mode is otherwise available or enabled.

Related: #91617 covers hiding "Tip:" text generally, but the extra menu choice itself needs its own toggle too.
