[BUG] Manually dragging a tab from one Claude group to another does nothing

What's Wrong?

In Chrome, dragging a tab out of one Claude-managed group and into another Claude-managed group is rejected — the tab snaps back / does not move.

What Should Happen?

The tab moves into group B (standard Chrome behavior).

1. Have two Claude tab groups open in Chrome.
2. Drag a tab from group A into group B.
