[FEATURE] Desktop: add focus view (hide tool calls, show only messages) to the Code tab

Add focus view to the Code tab of the Claude desktop app: a toggle that hides tool calls, commands, diffs and tool output, and shows only my messages and Claude's prose (with the final message of each turn always visible).

The CLI already has this as /focus (fullscreen renderer). The desktop app has no equivalent that I can find: no setting, menu item, keyboard shortcut or per-session toggle.

Why

I run several Claude Code sessions at once and act as the reviewer, not the implementer. What I need from each session is the outcome: what was decided, what changed, what needs my input. In the desktop app the transcript for a typical turn is dozens of tool calls, file reads and command output, with the parts I actually read scattered between them. Finding the final report means scrolling past all of it, in every session, every turn.

Focus view in the CLI solves exactly this, and it has changed how I work there. The desktop app is where I'd prefer to manage parallel sessions (tabs, notifications, the diff and terminal panes), but it's currently the noisier of the two.

What would work well

Roughly in order of preference:

1. A per-session focus toggle (button in the session header plus a keyboard shortcut) that collapses all tool activity. Ideally each collapsed stretch shows a one-line summary such as "12 tool calls — 4 files edited, 3 commands" that expands on click.
2. A global setting to make focus view the default for new sessions, respecting the same settings.json key the CLI uses, so behaviour matches across surfaces.
3. Permission prompts, questions to the user and errors always stay visible in focus view, since those need action.
