[Bug] Claude Code requires confirmation for cd to absolute paths in auto mode despite add-dir configuration

Bug Description
in gentoo linux claude cli use absolute path for the cd command and even if the path has been added with add-dir and also is the working dir, claude ask me confirm to proceed (in auto mode)
