What's Wrong?

When creating a Word (.docx) file via the Drive connector's create_file, the operation hangs/loops instead of completing, even for a small test file. This looks like the same root cause reported and supposedly fixed in #54137 and #50358 (base64 payload over ~10-12K characters being rejected/mishandled), but it is still happening.

What Should Happen?

Uploading a .docx file via the Google Drive connector's create_file tool should succeed without hanging or erroring, even for files over ~10-12K base64 characters.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

1.- Use the Google Drive connector's create_file tool to upload a .docx (Word) file to a Drive folder.
2.- This happens even with a tiny test .docx containing only a single word.
3.- The operation hangs / does not complete and must be manually stopped by the user.
4.- Creating a native Google Doc (text-based, not a binary file) via the same connector works correctly and completes quickly — the problem only happens with binary .docx uploads.

This matches the root cause described in #54137 and #50358 (base64 payloads over ~10-12K characters being rejected), but appears to still be happening.
