[FEATURE] VSCode Extension make available from Sidebar not only an Editor Tab

Problem Statement

On smaller screens (e.g. when working from the laptop on the go), screen real estate management in VSCode becomes a real challenge. Codex can work from within the Sidebar, while Claude Code only works as an Editor Tab. Depending on the workflow, sometimes it means running out of screen space to see both 1) Sidebar with Explorer and Source Controls or Codex Agent 2) Claude agent 3) actual code files and especially diffs

Proposed Solution

I'd like Claude to have its own Tab in the Sidebar that can be pinned, just like Codex does. Keep Claude Code: Open in a new Tab button behavior unchanged, sometimes you may actually want it as a tab. Just add an option to access the same UI from Sidebar also.
