[Bug] Clipboard copy corrupts UTF-8 characters with incorrect encoding

Bug Description
When copying text to clipbard some characters got garbed: │ — │ ‚Äî │ ├────────────┼─────────────┤ │ – │ ‚Äì │ ├────────────┼─────────────┤ │ ’ │ ‚Äô │ ├────────────┼─────────────┤ │ ä in Jäger │ √§ │
