VS Code Plugin: Error: Claude Code process terminated by signal SIGABRT
What Should Happen?
Claude Code process crashes immediately with SIGABRT signal on startup.

Environment
- Claude Code Version: 2.0.21
- VSCode Version: 1.105.0
- OS: macOS 11.5.2 (Big Sur, Darwin 20.6.0)
## Description
Claude Code process crashes immediately with SIGABRT signal on startup.
## Steps to Reproduce
- Install Claude Code 2.0.21
- Open VSCode
- Try to use Claude Code
- Process terminates with:
Error: Claude Code process terminated by signal SIGABRT
## Workaround
Downgrading to version 2.0.9 resolves the issue completely.
## Additional Context
This appears to be a regression introduced between v2.0.9 and v2.0.21
