[BUG] Cowork Local projects now visible to all users sharing the same Pro account

What's Wrong?

Hello,

I am reporting a behavior change in Cowork that occurred approximately on September 22-23, 2026, and that directly affects our workflow.

Previous situation (working correctly):
We are 3 people sharing a Claude Pro account. Each person used projects in "Local" mode in the Cowork desktop app, and that mode guaranteed that each person only saw their own projects and sessions. Nobody could see each other's work. That was precisely the value of Local mode.

Current situation (since approximately 3 days ago):
Now projects in "Local" mode are visible to everyone sharing the account. The isolation between users disappeared completely without any prior notice.

The problem:
The mode is still called "Local" but no longer works as such. If something is called "Local" it should stay on each user's machine, not sync across the entire account. This change broke the only way we had to maintain privacy in our work.

Request:
Please revert this behavior or add a real local privacy option that works as before. The change was made without notification and negatively impacted our workflow.

What Should Happen?

Local projects in Cowork should only be visible to the user on their own machine, not shared across all users of the same account. This is how it worked before September 22, 2026.

1. Have 3 users sharing the same Claude Pro account
2. Each user creates a Local project in Cowork desktop app
3. All users can now see each other's Local projects and sessions
4. Before September 22, 2026 each user's Local projects were only visible to themselves
