Video analysis precision lost since Sept 16 update
Bug description
Claude used to analyze screenshots and video frames with precision — correctly identifying apps, reading UI text, distinguishing people and context.
Since the Sept 16 update, Claude misidentifies apps in screen recordings. Two screen recordings of Meta AI generating videos were sent to Claude. Claude analyzed the frames and said "Es la app de Claude en el móvil" when it was clearly Meta AI (the "Instantáneo" button is visible). Also confused different people in the videos.
Steps to reproduce
- Send screen recordings of another AI app (Meta AI) to Claude
- Ask Claude to analyze them
- Claude misidentifies the app as itself
Expected behavior
Claude correctly identifies the app and UI elements in screenshots.
Actual behavior
Claude says "Es la app de Claude" when the app is Meta AI.

All models: Opus 4.6, Opus 5.5, Sonnet 4.6
