[Feature Request] Add allowlist for pre-approved scripts in settings.json

Bug Description
I inspected a powershell script and I know what it does. I validated it and run it several times so I know it is safe. I want to be able to put it in allow list from settings.json, so when i ask claude to run it (directly or in background) to avoid being asked to allow it. In current implementation I gave the promt "run first_run.ps1" and claude asked me 3 times for my permission to allow execution.
I am using a git-bash terminal to run claude code. The exact content of the script is not relevant but hete it si for your convenience:

Single isolated run (no repetition), same 3 test groups and 300s pauses as

the repeat loops, INCLUDING a pause after the last group - so this run's

own final measurements aren't immediately followed by anything else that

could taint a subsequent run's "cold" state. Serves as the "1st" (initial/

cold) reference value the 10-repetition loop (repeat_loop_part2.ps1) is

later compared against.
