[BUG] Model argues about the wrong line instead of searching for the string the user named

The user asked to remove an unwanted string that a merged change had introduced, describing it by a distinctive word in it. Instead of searching the diff for that word, the model assumed a different, functional line was meant and argued at length that it must stay. A single grep of the merged diff would have found the actual string (a scanner-suppression comment) immediately.

Expected: when the user names text, search for it first and act on what is found before interpreting or pushing back.
