When told a dependency must be removed, the model replied with a multi-bullet engineering design for a replacement (protocol choices, timeouts, parsing rules, file-by-file removals). The user wanted the verdict and the constraint honoured, not a design, and the project instructions require minimal replies.
Expected: short verdict plus the blocker; no unrequested design work.
