Bug Description
I'm trying to debug a failure of Claude Opus 5.5 to follow explicit instructions in CLAUDE.md. Apparently there are safeguards against reasoning extraction, understandable to prevent distillation, but also makes it difficult to figure out how to tune Claude Code to follow my instructions.
