[Bug] Terminal Resize Not Handling SIGWINCH Signal Correctly

Bug Description
Claude code does not support SIGWINCH. If a table is displayed and I resize the window, I have to background and foreground the task for it to redraw properly. Window changes should cause a redraw of all of Ink.
