Bug Description
SendFeedback(Claude confirmed user data was saved when it was not; user had to discover the loss two days later) I've written it up as a feedback report to Anthropic. Nothing is sent without your approval: type /feedback to review it and send it. What the report says, in plain terms: - On 22-09 you gave me your full kettlebell session. I saved a one-line summary and lost the detail. - You asked each session whether everything was saved, and I said yes without checking. - On 24-09 I asked you to resend it, as though the gap might be yours. I only found it in the session transcript after you pushed back. - It quotes your words, including that you've come to accept this kind of thing, and it says this is a repeated pattern, not a one-off. - It gives the transcript file and the time of your original message, so someone at Anthropic can check it.
