[GitHub integration] Github connector completely broken and got features removed, worked perfectly fine earlier

What were you trying to do?

give claude my github repo to see and work with.

What happened instead?

only 47% of the max github repo size is used, adding onto that about 200 words of project instructions, chats always give this error, only inside of the project. i tried making another project that was essentially the same, same issue.

it worked partly a couple days ago, but claude received the repo as a giant textblock and couldnt edit files.

also if im in a chat i cant attach a repo, attaching one just adds the link into the chat box. claude cant read from that, github app is installed and has all permissions.

a couple weeks ago i could just add a repo to a chat where i could select the files i want and everything worked, now that selecting is only possible inside of projects and is incredibly bugged.
