[Feature Request] /diff skill should support worktrees and previous changes across branches

Bug Description
claude code has a /diff skill now, but it suck as it can only show the current session changes and only if it's working in the correct branch, if you start a worktree it's not showing anything as that's a different branch from claude also there is now way to show other previous changes (or when you reset for example)
