[Feature Request] Add option to display all background agents in task panel without collapsing

Bug Description
Feature request: option to show all background agents in the task panel without collapsing.

Currently the panel below the prompt lists at most 5 running agents and collapses the rest into "↓ N more". When running 8 to 10 parallel subagents (common in orchestrated workflows), the collapsed rows hide progress, elapsed time and token counts, and /tasks has to be opened repeatedly to see them.

Requested: a setting (settings.json or /config) such as "tasksPanelMaxRows" with a value like "all", or an expand toggle that persists, so every running agent stays visible in the panel.

Environment: Claude Code CLI on macOS, bypass permissions mode, 10 parallel general-purpose subagents launched from a single message.
