Mobile/cross-device access requires manually connecting each chat/project individually

Using Claude Code across multiple local sessions/projects (e.g. running one project's session on a desktop machine while wanting to check in from mobile), each individual chat or project has to be connected separately before it's usable from mobile -- there's no way to get a consolidated view or reach an existing local session from mobile without that per-chat/per-project setup step.

This is a real friction point: I run multi-agent workflows where several Claude Code sessions on the same machine collaborate (cross-session messaging between project-scoped sessions), and I'd like to check in on / participate in that from my phone without manually wiring up each one first.

This is currently a blocking factor in moving an expensive personal subscription from another provider over to Claude.
