[Bug] Output quality inconsistent: verbose technical jargon without summaries in multiple languages

Bug Description
the quality of the sentences is awful both in spanish and english. I always have to ask to sum things up, without technical stuff I do not know what it is, eg. Anotado: lo que se rompe al tocarlo (todo en test_playbook.py, ninguno auto-derivado): _TOTAL_TASKS = 123 en 8 puntos de aserción; _PER_KIND_COUNTS["pre_launch"] = 18 → 17, que el ticket no menciona; el pin de la 9.11 como BUSINESS_OWNER (:193-201); y test_landings_owns_exactly_the_two_landing_page_rows (:487), que asserta por nombre y pasa a exigir cero.
