[BUG] Queued /feedback drafts can't be corrected, withdrawn or merged; duplicates pile up in the send prompt

What happens

The model files a draft with the feedback tool, and the user then asks for one more point to be added. The model can't edit or withdraw its queued draft, so its only option is to queue a second one. The user then sees stacked prompts:

1 to review · 2 to send · 0 to dismiss · +1 more queued

The titles are truncated, and nothing marks two drafts as versions of the same report. The model can't see that prompt, so it couldn't tell the user which key to press. In one session this produced 5 drafts for 3 distinct issues.

Expected

• The model can replace or withdraw its own queued draft.
• A new draft can supersede an old one, and the prompt shows it.
