[Bug] Claude Code posted false bug report to public repository without user consent

Bug Description
Claude code invented a bug in a vendor package where there wasn't one, told me there was one, and I asked it to write up a bug report... so it wrote up a report that mischaracterized its own fallacious interpretation as a problem instead with the vendor's product, and then without warning posted it publicly to the vendor's Github issues, under my name, without asking my permission or telling me that it had.
