[Feature Request] Add cross-project inbox for waiting threads and permission prompts

Feature Description
I run a lot of work across many Claude Code Projects, and I love the setup. What's missing is one place to see "Waiting on you" across all of them. Right now Overview only covers one project, so I have to open each project to find decisions, reviews and permission prompts that are waiting on me.

Please do one or both of these:

1. First-class: add a cross-project inbox at claude.ai/code, in the desktop app and on mobile. It would list every thread in the Waiting on you and Ready for review buckets across all projects, and let me reply or approve permission prompts without leaving that view.

1. Let me build it myself: ship a public, documented API (or claude CLI commands with --json) that lets me:

• list my projects
• list threads per project with their status bucket (working / waiting on you / ready for review / landing / idle / resolved), title, last activity and link
• read a thread's pending question or permission prompt
• reply to a thread and approve or deny a permission prompt

What exists today doesn't get there. claude -p "..." --cloud <session> can send a reply, but nothing public lists project threads or their status, and permission prompts can only be answered inside the thread. The Compliance API is Enterprise-only and has no status field.

With that API, I'd build a small macOS menu-bar app that shows a count of everything waiting on me and lets me act on it from one window.
