[Bug] Claude ignores git worktree context and modifies wrong checkout

Bug Description
The session was cwd in a git worktree, in the message I asked to rebase the current worktree - yet it went and modified the main checkout instead and confidently burnt precious tokens doing something that wasn't asked for (It took a significant effort because those wrong branches were quite far apart and had numerous conflicts - it even reverted from doing rebase into merge).
Upon questioning, it admitted that it saw it was in a worktree and that it read worktree from my message - yet still did otherwise.
