Bug Description
enhancement request for Claude Code: Complete file paths should be links, able to be opened with <ctrl>-Click from Powershell, Terminal, CMD sessions on Windows 10/11, and Terminal sessions on Mac and Linux. Example: C:\Users\<local-user>\claude\delegation-harness-review-2026-09-21.html
