[Bug] Claude provides definitive responses without acknowledging uncertainty in unverified claims

Bug Description
claude keeps offering unchecked and unverified responses as factual. Here is an exaple - it reported "Not proven, so no" which is providing a firm "no" when it was just preceded with "not proven".
