VS Code extension: context/compact icon triggers /compact with no confirmation

Description
In the Claude Code VS Code extension, the round context-usage indicator near the input box triggers /compact immediately on click, with no confirmation step.

Problem
It's very easy to click it by accident while typing/clicking near the input area, which silently compacts (summarizes) the whole conversation context. This is a destructive, irreversible action on conversation state and happens with zero warning.

Suggested fix
Add a confirmation dialog/tooltip before running /compact from that icon, or require a deliberate action (e.g. a dropdown/menu item) instead of a single click, similar to how other destructive actions are usually gated.
