[Bug] Vim insert mode cursor displays as block instead of vertical line

Bug Description
In Vim's vim-vmode, the cursor is always displayed as a block. In Insert mode, however, the cursor should be displayed as a vertical line rather than a block. Otherwise, it's impossible to tell from the cursor which mode (normal or Insert) Vim is in. This is standard behavior everywhere else in Vim.
