[BUG] Remote Control fails to connect for existing local session (stuck at "connecting" / times out)

What's Wrong?

특정 로컬 세션(sessionId: local_df50cbc5-5397-4e8c-864d-be8bdaaf0b2b)에 대해
Remote Control을 켜려고 하면 다음 상태를 반복함:
1차 시도: "Remote Control failed to connect: Remote Control connect timed out"
2~3차 시도: "connecting" 상태에서 진행 없이 멈춤
4차 시도: 다시 "connect timed out"으로 실패

• 같은 계정의 다른 세션("(브레이크앤컴퍼니)세무실사")은 claude.ai/code 웹에서

정상적으로 조회되나, 모바일 앱에서는 "연결 해제됨" 상태로 표시됨

• 네트워크/로그인 문제는 아닌 것으로 확인됨 (계정 자체는 웹에서 정상 인증됨)

What Should Happen?

Remote Control이 정상적으로 연결되어 해당 세션이 웹/모바일에서 조회 가능해야 함

- 데스크톱 앱에서 Remote Control 스위치 여러 차례 재시도 (동일하게 실패)
- 웹(claude.ai/code)에서 세션 조회 시도 (해당 세션 자체가 노출되지 않음 — Remote Control 미연결 상태이므로 예상된 동작)
