The Claude desktop app (Code tab) injects this into the model's system prompt:

Terminal-dialog slash commands such as /permissions, /config, /doctor, and /hooks open an interactive terminal panel and are not available in this session — do not tell the user to run them here.

Including /doctor in that list is outdated. Since v2.1.205, /doctor is a bundled skill (https://code.claude.com/docs/en/skills#bundled-skills, changelog 2.1.205), and typing /doctor in the Code tab runs it.
A fresh claude -p session on the same machine also lists doctor in slash_commands and skills.

Result: the model tells users /doctor is not available in the app and sends them to the terminal.

Expected: remove /doctor from that list in the desktop system prompt.
