[FEATURE] Chat input placeholder shows a predicted "next reply" suggestion

Problem Statement

The chat input box's placeholder text is not a static hint — it dynamically shows what looks like a predicted next message from me, based on the conversation so far. This is distracting and stressful during long, iterative sessions.

Request: please add a way to turn off this predictive/suggested-reply placeholder, or make the placeholder always static.

Proposed Solution

Either:

• Add a setting to disable the predictive placeholder text and always show a static placeholder instead, or
• Make the placeholder never change based on conversation content.

2. The input box is empty and I'm about to type my next message
3. The placeholder shows a guessed version of what I'm about to say
4. This is distracting, so I'd rather see a plain static placeholder
