[Bug] Terminal Integration: Broken Alt-Enter Key Handling in Ghostty

Bug Description
Claude ghostty terminal integration failed; instead of getting a newline, once claude had editing my settings hitting alt-enter gives: "> [27;2;13~[27;2;13~[27;2;13~"
