I can't use my claude code

What's Wrong?

The Claude GitHub App is confirmed installed (verified at github.com/settings/installations, with "All repositories" access selected), but the Claude Code repository picker in the Claude Desktop app still shows "No repositories available."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code in the Claude Desktop app
2. Click "Select repository..."
3. Install the Claude GitHub App via the "Install the Claude GitHub App" link, granting access to All repositories
4. Confirm installation succeeded at github.com/settings/installations (shows "All repositories" selected)
5. Fully quit and reopen the Claude Desktop app
6. Click "Select repository..." again
7. Repository picker still shows "No repositories available"

Additional troubleshooting already tried

• Fully quit and relaunched the Claude Desktop app (not just closing the window)
• Disconnected and reconnected the GitHub connector in Claude.ai account Settings → Connectors
• Waited and retried after reconnecting
• None of the above resolved the issue

Expected Behavior
After installing the Claude GitHub App with access to all repositories, the repository picker in Claude Code should show the available repositories.

Actual Behavior
Repository picker persistently shows "No repositories available," even though the GitHub App installation is confirmed active with full repository access.
