[Feature Request] Add conversation linking/anchoring to specific messages
Bug Description
One challenge of working with Claude Code in the CLI is that even though there's already the ability to SEARCH the conversation (in a limited capacity - more regex please), there is no way to directly LINK to a specific line location in the chat (being able to link to specific subtext would be even nicer) .
Presumably this should be easy-ish to add as the interface already links the last user message at the top of the screen in fullscreen TUI mode (proving the functionality already exists in some capacity). The functionality merely needs to be exposed through the API, so users can create their own "markdown" style [text](convo-link) markers to identify and target locations in the jsonl (but specifically as relevant to the user interface, a bit like XAML).
This also feeds into the idea of extending the Vim interactive mode in Claude Code by adding Vim-marks or bookmarks to make it easy to jump back to certain parts in the conversation where a user is working. This would work nicely with the Vim integration that already exists for editing in the TUI. It would also allow for better integration with how bookmarks are built into Visual Studio and add better parity with how every other major IDE already works.
Last but not least, this feature would also allow for "pins" (similar to how they are implemented in Discord) so users could easily go back in time to specific points in the conversation that they are specifically trying to track and think-through, which is an exceptionally common pattern when working with Claude Code.
