[BUG] Core dumped in linux and Buffer saturation in linux when multiples claude running in some consoles

What's Wrong?

Claude did saturation of buffer in Windows and in linux core dumped

What Should Happen?

Single project was running fixes and claude get core dumped in this session and in windows full buffer saturation
