What's Wrong?

I can not start Claude
OS: Windows, installed via WinGet (Anthropic.ClaudeCode v2.1.268)
Exact symptom: claude --version and claude doctor both hang indefinitely right after printing the ====... banner, no further output
Git for Windows v2.55.0(2) is installed

What Should Happen?

Claude should start

write "claude" or "claude --version" or "claude doctor".
nothing happens except symbols "======================"
