There's an issue with the selected model (claude-haiku-4-5-20251001). It may not exist or you may not have access to it. Run /model to pick a different model.

Bug Description
I have an active Claude Pro subscription. Claude.ai web works normally and I can use Opus 5 there. However, Claude Code cannot access any model. Models tested: claude-opus-5 claude-sonnet-5 claude-haiku-4-5-20251001 All return: "There's an issue with the selected model. It may not exist or you may not have access to it." My authentication status shows: loggedIn: true authMethod: claude.ai apiProvider: firstParty subscriptionType: pro My ~/.claude.json also shows: organizationType: "claude_pro" There are no ANTHROPIC_ or CLAUDE_ environment variables set. I reproduced the issue in: normal macOS terminal VS Code Claude Code 2.1.272 * Claude Code 2.1.236 Claude.ai continues to work normally with Opus 5 using the same account. Please check the server-side Claude Code entitlement / organization provisioning for my account. It appears the account is recognized locally as Pro but model inference requests are being rejected by the Claude Code backend.
