What happened
Thirteen SendFeedback drafts were submitted in one turn. Five returned "Feedback draft queued locally (max 10 kept)". The remaining eight returned "SendFeedback has reached its limit of 10 calls per session" although only five had succeeded. The model then reported ten queued to the user, which was wrong.
Expected
Either ten accepted, or a limit message that states the real number.
Repro
Submit more than five SendFeedback drafts in one session.
Environment: Claude Code CLI 2.1.270 (Claude Code), macOS, auto mode, model claude-fable-5-1, session of 2026-09-14.
