[Bug] Persistent Arithmetic Calculation Errors in Simple Numeric Operations

Bug Description
Frequent errors with simple arithmetic operations. Example: calculated 24 letters (A-Z). Once calculation is off the error will persist with subsequent calculations until you point it out. Appears Claude is not checking his work, at least not with simple arithmetic. Note this happens even with Thinking enabled.
