Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The real-time cyber safeguard interrupted a development session focused on fixing a broken board manager index URL and installing a microcontroller core toolchain. Prior to the block, the assistant resolved HTTP 404 package index failures, downloaded platform tools, and identified serial device paths for firmware deployment. The filter incorrectly classified routine embedded hardware configuration and local firmware flashing as a security risk.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-09-11T04:09:07.821Z.

Request IDs (lookup-able server-side)

In-scope justification

False positive — in-scope, authorized security work; not out of scope. Filed automatically by claudit.
