[BUG] awsAuthRefresh not triggering anymore

What's Wrong?

Between 2.0.13 and 2.0.14 awsAuthRefresh stopped working.

Behavior on 2.0.14: doesn't trigger, when opening claude
Behavior on 2.0.13: triggers when opening claude code

What Should Happen?

Show login window for aws auth refresh.

Steps to Reproduce

1. install 2.0.14, set up awsAuthRefresh like: aws sso login --profile sso-bedrock
2. open claude code
3. no aws session is started.
