[FEATURE] create a way to export chat transcripts

Problem Statement

I started using Claude, let it ingest my prd, decided a ton of things with its help, then find out that it forgot everything. I'm ready to throw my freaking keyboard out the window, this is SO frustrating. when Claude created my entire database schema, it didn't bother telling me - oh hey I won't remember this tomorrow maybe you should WRITE IT DOWN. how very frustrating this is. If I could simply export my chat and have claude ingest it next session this problem would be solved. I'm so mad at you all.

Proposed Solution

I'd like to be warned that a session is ending, and at least be able to export my chat so Claude can ingest it at the beginning of the next session and not forget all of the work we did. SO FRUSTRATING.
