🚨 [BUG] VSCode Extension: Switching file forces file to be sent with prompt 🚨

What's Wrong?

A few days ago, you could just click the file (see red square in image) to "cross it out" to disable sending all files with your prompt.

Now, after the update, whenever you switch files in the editor, it automatically re-includes the file in your prompt. I hate having to manually click X to remove every time I switch files now...

Is this a regression?

Yes, this worked in a previous version
