[BUG] Desktop app: earlier sessions for a project folder disappear from the session list

What's Wrong?

For the project folder Renko BoS scalp - cTrader, near-daily work happened between 2026-08-26 and 2026-09-12 (confirmed by git commit history and session-internal notes). However, the session list for this folder only shows the currently open session plus a single old one from 2026-08-21 — every session in between (roughly three weeks of work) is missing from the list, even though that work demonstrably happened.

What Should Happen?

All past sessions for a project should remain visible in the session list (or at least be archivable/searchable), not silently disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

Work on the same project folder across many separate Claude Code sessions over several weeks.
Open the session list / sidebar for that project.
Observe that only the most recent session and one much older session remain visible; sessions from the weeks in between are gone.
